Bikeatoga Presents Ciclismo Classico's 10th Annual Bike Travel Film Festival
Bikeatoga seeks to bring together the biking community of the broader Saratoga/Capital District region for an evening of short films from Ciclismo celebrating cycling and bicycle travel. Though the content of the 16 short films will be about cyclists from Thailand to Boston, these films will appeal to anyone with a sense of adventure and an appreciation for people, planet, and pedals. To kick off the event, a Pre-event Ticketed Happy Hour will run 5:30-6:30pm. Gannett Lobby will open to the general public at 6:30pm with raffle ticket sales and general ticket sales. Raffle tickets will be available before the screening, and prizes donated from our local merchants will include gift cards, jerseys, and bike gear. The proceeds from this event, including ticket sales, raffle tickets, and sponsorships, will benefit Bikeatoga and the Adventure Cycling Association.
These films are curated and organized by Ciclismo Classico to celebrate human powered adventure on wheels. This film festival kicked off in Arlington, MA in 2009, and is now in its 10th year, screenings will be held across the country from Berkeley, CA, Portland, ME and in our very own Saratoga Springs.
